Upgrade HD 5850 to HD 7850?

Hello

I'm presently running a Powercolor HD 5850 and was planning to buy a Sapphire HD 7850 OC Edition. Now my question is: Is the upgrade going to be worth it? I like how the HD 7850 is priced now (it's around $295) where I live and was thinking about buying it but I'm a bit skeptical if it'll be worth the expenditure and the performance boost that I'll get coming from he 5850.

I game at 1680X1050 and the rest of my system specs are in my siggy. Kindly advice.

Yes it's a good card and you can sell you 5850 for at least $100 to offset the cost.

As long as your OC it and hope for a good chip.

It's a decent buy in general - but becomes the killer value buy once you go above 1100/1200 Mhz on core.

So get a dual cooled version (NOT XFX) - and rock
