Upgrade from XP Pro to Vista Home Premium

I have an upgrade version of Vista Home Premium and I cannot install form Windows nor from disk, which is what I expected 🙁

Does anyone know how come?

Going from XP Pro to Home Premium requires a clean install. Since you have upgrade media, you need to do the workaround. This should cover it:
