Upgrade from voodoo5 to Gainwind Geforce2 ti /500XP? worth it?

Just wondering if there's a huge differences in upgrading from Voodoo5 64Mb to a Gainwind Geforce2 ti 500 Golden Sample w/ 4ns Ram 64Mb. This upgrade will only cost $100 dollars let me know thanks

seriously, not here to brag but I'm just asking for suggestions. There is a Gainwind Geforce2 Ti/500 XP w/ 4ns ram. Its not a Geforce3 Ti 500 but a Geforce2 Ti instead.
