GF is into it, I've dropped a x850pro in her PC and it helps alot from onboard. A bit of stutter so I added 4gb memory(from 1gb) still some stutter here and there so then I added a 8800gt 512mb. Now there is a big different in speed but once I max the game out at 1650x1050 the stutter comes back some. Is the crippled celeron 3.2ghz shes running holding her back from max settings?

She said it doesn't bother her but when I sometimes watch her play it sure bothers me. All this over the course of over a month.

That would be my guess. C2D's are so cheap now, hook her up with one. Other thoughts, is the PSU adequate? Drivers? Windows re-install time?

Definitely a CPU bottleneck there. You could double the FPS with a dual core.

The Celeron's performance scaled poorly with clock frequency increases, especially on the Netburst based Celerons, because their small cache and bus. If its an LGA755 socket, it might be possible to drop in an E2xxx series Pentium Dual Core, which would be a major boost. It depends on her motherboard though, and what it supports.

agree with what the others said, WoW is as much cpu/mem intensive as it is video. The rest looks good, but the cpu is kinda a suxors situation.

WoW is very CPU intensive. A buddy of mine went from a Core 2 E6600 to some kind of new Phenom II and he says there's a world of difference. I'd imagine that mods make it even worse.

Make a seperate 20GB partition and copy/paste the wow folder into that partition.

BTW PSU is plenty enough, drivers are up to date, however windows could probably use a reinstall.
