ok fellas i currently have a G'Way 680XT 2.13 Dothan Laptop...
it has the X700 ATI PCI-Express video CARD not embedded video.

so that means i can upgrade !! lol

so anyone see anywhere to buy a new PCI-E card for the laptop.

right now this little X700 video card kicks some hardcore but it dont bench for crap in 3dmark but games ? oh yeah man i can play Quake 4 at 1024x768 and it looks great.
not to mention playing it on my TV with the S--Video output.. oh yeah screw the xbox 360 this thing kicks its ass.

anyways lol ...

where can i look at my options for upgrading the video card to maybe the 7800 GO series or the X800 series cards ?

i have never seen an online shop have any and ebay dont have squat

Laptop video cards are usually proprietary to the company that makes the laptop, so, unfortunately, any upgrade is going to have to come from Gateway :( . I've run into a similar boat with my Dell Inspiron 9300, but the mobo layout\connectors are the same as the more expensive XPS-Gen2\M170, so I can (perhaps eventually, when I get the money) upgrade to a Go7800GTX. As I said, the new card WILL have to come from the company that makes your notebook, so you'll have to look around to see if there are any upgrades for it ;) :)
