Upgrade CPU

I am going to upgrade the CPU on my MSI KT3 Ultra2 Mother Board from an Athlon XP 2100+ to an XP2800+. I take it that I will have to go to the BIOs and make sure that it recognizes the new CPU? No way that it will automatically recognize it, Huh?
 
Erm, just make sure the board's BIOS is set to the proper FSB settings and you should be fine, although I haven't had any hands-on experience with this board so I can't really say.
 
the only thing bios update does is that you can slect AXP2800+ from a pull down menu.
You can select the fsb/multiplier manually
