I've got a Compaq Armada 7800 laptop here with a PII 266Mhz CPU. I know they sold these with up to a 400Mhz CPU.
Can anybody give me some advise on either overclocking what I have (I've done this lots on a standard PC, but never a laptop), or whether I can upgrade the CPU from 266 to 400 by just replacing the CPU? Perhaps even some information on how the CPU is packaged and whether it is even removeable? (Nope, I haven't pulled it apart yet).
