Upgrade CPU or GPU?

I think this is a pretty straight forward question. I am wondering which component is holding me back the most right now. Is it my CPU or GPU? My system is in the signature. I would be willing to spend $200 at most and was wondering which would be the better overall upgrade. Keep in mind that I have a 500 watt PSU that comes with the Sonata III case. Thanks.

9 times out of 10 the answer to this question is going to be the Video card. especially whne referencing gameing. The video card is the key component to gaming.

You could always pick up a Radeon HD 5770, HD 4890 (if you don't care about DirectX 11), or a Geforce GTX 260. They're a fairly cheap upper mid-range upgrade and should give you roughly 1.5 to 2x the performance of the 9800 GT.
