Upgrade card for Dell 4100?

I've got a Dell Dimension 4100 that I was thinking about upgrading into an HTPC. Its specs:

1 GHz Pentium III Coppermine
512MB PC133
60GB 7200RPM HDD
nVidia Riva TNT2 32MB AGP
CD-RW

5 PCI slots free

I don't think the TNT2 is going to cut it for high res DVD playing or such, so I was thinking about an upgrade to another AGP card. However this PC uses the legacy 3.3V AGP interface as opposed to the newer 1.5V version. Any decent, cheap cards for that?

What about a PCI card, there was a FX5200 card for $29 in Hotdeals. I think that would be more then enough for DVDs.

Hmmm, I'll look into PCI cards since I can most likely get a Radeon 9250 PCI 256mb for free once my friend builds his Core 2 System. But there are no good AGP 2X cards that use 3.3V anymore?
