Upgrade Advice?

Hi everyone im wanting some upgrade advice. I now have a Asus cusl2 with an 733 p3 overclocked to 808. Also, I have a Geforce 2 Pro with 64mb memory. Im starting to get bad performance in some games i play like some levels in sacrifice. I was thinking on buying an Thunderbird 1.4 and maybe upgrading to a Athlon 4 when it comes out or maybe just wait. When i was looking at motherboards i had a hard decision choosing to. If i didn't want to buy new memory i could just get an Asus a7v133 but SDR ram would probably hurt me in the future if i upgraded i then started looking at the asus and abit kg7 with the amd chipset on them. The kg7 is pretty good in that it has 4 memory slots..i hate that the asus motherboard only has 2 and there is a large premium right now for .5 gig of memory compared to 256mg. I now run 512mg and don't want to run with any less but if i bought the asus board with 2-256 i couldn't upgrade my memory any from there. Some advice would be appreciated.

Wow, you must be a hardcore gamer to consider upgrading with a system like that.

I don't think you'd improve much by changing your CPU. Maybe if you were using a geforce3.
