^^precisely why i opened this thread.. another conundrum!!! two for 1100t and one for 8120.. the graphs above were the reason for my confusion.. please clear the confusion up

None of those benchmarks were for a 8120, but ALL were for a 8150. IMO, the 1100T would defeat an FX-8120 in most Benches, stock, of course.

my motherboard has an 8+1 heatsinked vrm setup.. so i can take the 1100 for a cross country sprint if necessary my local dealer as of now has a special offer on the 1090t.. will that suffice?

the 8120 is just a lower clocked 8150.. i just have to raise multiplier to transform it as a 8150. thats why the graphs are quite relevant

would a i7 860+ p55 pro combo be
better than this? the hex core+

How about...960T now and Pilediver when it comes out? That's what I did.
