Upgrade a 1.1 GHz Athlon? And to what?

I have an Asus A7-VM KT-133 200 FSB mobo
PC-133 SDRAM etc.

I think the best I can get is a 1.4 GHz Athlon (200 FSB) correct?

Or can this be OCed to anything worthwhile?

[edit] Just read the other guys thread similar to mine, answers a couple questions but I don't want to buy a new mobo, chip, memory, etc. atm. I guess my main question is the 1.4 Athlon the best chip I can upgrade to if I only upgrade the chip?[/edit]

You are correct. Your mobo will not support the XP, so 1.4 *200fsb is the max. for you.
