SO ummm yeah, like the title states, I'm about to upgrade to the 2407WFP. Anybody buy a recent revision of this monitor that can confirm most of the bugs have been worked out? I think they are on A03 by now. I know the 2407 was suffering from a major banding problem and also a 1600x1200 issue, which the monitor would stretch to full screen. Not that I plan on running anything but native anyways. I hope my x1900xt is feeling real strong 😀 I think I'm going to trying duelies for a little while, see how I like it. Reason for upgrading is cause the 20 incher is starting to feel like a regular size monitor and I need a little bit of wow factor again. Hopefully I wont get the same feeling with the 24 incher cause the next step up is a little to big for my wallet and my desk🙁
 
Yeah, I guess I'll have to turn down the eye candy until, R600 and or 8800 prices come down. Would an SLI 7900 rig hold up to the challenge? I already have an SLI mobo and powersupply

i agree. imo, you need a 8800GTS/GTX to get good performance like you did with your x1900xt on the 2005fpw.
