Upgradability for NEC Ready 9704 from classic Pentium 200 to AMD K6-2?

I've a NEC Ready 9704 desktop. It's a classic Pentium 200MHZ. The chipset is 440VX. The BIOS is phoenix BIOS 4.05.C. RAM is 72pin EDO RAM. I think it supports MMX. Does anybody know can I upgrade it to a AMD K6-2 400 or higher CPU? How to set up jumpers and voltage. NEC site really s@ucks. I can not find any info about it. Thanks in advance.😀

You will have a couple of issues to resolve. If the mobo supports MMX (P55C) then you will have dual voltage regulators. (The core and the I/O are different). Most K6-2's use 2.4v core, I think the MMX used maybe 2.8v. Also, you BIOS will have to support these cpu's. Good Luck.
