would like to upgarde to 1Gb RAM on my dell inspiron 700m. rite now it has 2x256mb..would not like to go thru dell..they charge skyhigh prices. was wondering if anyone couold tell me the different types of compatible memory as in DDR400/333 and wat CAS lastency..if any
