Updrading from ME to Win2k

Anyone know how I can do this?
Win2K upgrade says it doesn't recognize the Windows version.
I guess I could re-install win98, but I can't find my CD right now, and was hoping for another fix.

Either boot with the Win2K CD or make/use boot floppies (\i386\winnt /ox)
