Updating Windows 7 manually

Anyone know of a way to download all available Win 7 64-Bit Updates without using the 'Windows Update' website? I am installing Windows 7 on a rig, in a room without any Internet access. I want to get all the hardware put together and make sure Win 7 is off to a good start before I put everything in the case and get net access.
 
Nope, it is Not available.

In any case the computer should run OK, and will be "off to a good start" without the Updates too.
