updating the bios

well so i have an asus p4p800-e deluxe motherboard and i thought i might update the drivers. everything is so crappy on my computer, i think it couldnt be worse. but i dont know anything about updating bios, even if its good or not.

i have the bios update .rom file downloaded, but i dont really know what to do with it (im using windows xp). i read about flashing and flashing utilities but yeah...

so thats it, i have the .rom file, my floppy doesnt work. can i update my bios?
