Updating my NVRAID version

OK i want to update my nvraid bios to 4.84 on my vnf3-250 mobo. can anyone show me some tools to do this? i've tried award bios editor 1.0rc1 but it can't fully extract my current bios image without errors, so it's unusable. i plan on getting the 4.84 nvraid from another mobo manufacturer's bios and injecting it into mine. any help??
