Updating Gigabyte Bios (Q Flash) without a floppy?

Hi guys,

I have a GA85R533 and I'd like to flash to the latest bios. Gigabyte tells you to use their QFlash tool within the existing bios to update to the new bios. Unfortunately, I don't have a floppy drive and I can't seem to get it to find my newly downloaded bios file to install. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

No way to do it in windows??? The last Gigabyte board I had came with a program that did it (I can't remember the name though, sorry)
