Updating from Netscape Composer 4 to ??

Similar to my Photoshop thread...

We are updating from XP to Win 7. My wife uses Netscape Composer 4 for most of her website work. Any recommended free or practically free html editors available that are as easy to use as Composer? I've used Dreamweaver MX but it is far more complicated than she wants to deal with. I'm looking for a WYSIWYG interface. Built in FTP functions are not essential as we use LeechFTP for that (hmmm, maybe that will also succumb in the switch over). I haven't been paying attention to this segment in awhile so I'm not up on the newer software. Thanks for any advice.

It gets no endorsement from me, but it seemed like a popular choice when I was looking for a free editor. I ended up putting the project I was thinking about on hold.

For ftp, I use Fireftp addon for Firefox, as well as Winscp.
