Updating DNS (nameserver) - how to

I have a domain that I changed nameservers on about 6 hours ago. On all of my computers but the one I currently am on right now will successfully bring up that domain and all of the contents (browsing around, etc). However, this computer says "connection refused".

I assume it has to do with the new DNS and/or nameserver and that the old one is still cached on this computer. I did "ipconfig /flushdns" but that didnt seem to do it. What else should I do/try?

edit: Solved - Rebooted the router and machine and all went well. Weird that some of the computers on this router worked and some didn't. 😱
