I got the new BIOS upgrade for my Epox 8K7A mobo; a .bin file. How do I install it?

Put it on a disk. Hit Alt-F2 during boot. (at the same place you can hit Del to enter setup) Voila

You can use the Award Flash utility that can be downloaded from their Web site.. at least that't the conventional way to do it..
