i just got upgraded my computer a lot and i was wondering which parts do i have to update my BIOS. My system rig is below. If you know where to get them plz tell me, thx
 
Generally the only BIOS you have to upgrade is on your motherboard, and if you aren't having problems you might as well leave it alone.

you should make sure you have updated drivers for all you stuff, and you can get those at the manufacturers web site.
