updating bios to 5950

anyone have a gainward 5900 that they updated to a 5950?? i downloaded the 5950E300 and then tried to flash using nvflash.exe 5950e300.rom and it said i had the incorrect version. i was wondering since many people are doing it what did i do wrong or did i not get the right drivers??
 
We're not stopping you, it's your decision. Be prepared to buy a new card if your fries though.
