updating BIOS on DFI nF4 Ultra-D

I went to DFI's wesite to download the current BIOS for my board and there is a list of several different files. It says to choose the file that applies to my system, but I cant tell the difference between the files. I have a DFI Lanparty UT nF 4 Ultra-D with an Athlon 64 3000+ Venice CPU. I know how to update the BIOS, just dont know which file to download. Thanks.

What is your current BIOS? If you have no issues there is no reason to update the BIOS.
The 6/23 provides support for dual cores. The .exe is for flashing in Windows, the .zip file is for DOS.

Use 2005/06/23 with the DiamondFlash Image.
