Updating BIOS on ABIT KT7-R

I have d/l ed the latest upgrade for the bios to floppy.

Now, how to I get it into the bios?

you need to make a bootable floppy and put the bios on there, then all you have to do is boot up with the floppy in the drive, and follow the instructions that were in the readme file (I would print them out before hand)
 
Update....I did what you said earlier and at the A prompt, typed in RUNME as the
instructions said, it opened a status box and started to update, then it just sat
there like it was waiting for another floppy or something. I rechecked the floppy
thinking maybe I was trying to get it to read a zip file or something.

Any ideas?
