Updating BIOS on A8N-SLI.

I am going to up date the BIOS on my Asus A8N-SLI. I have never done this before. Should I use the Asus Update utility included with the mobo or download the new BIOS and do it by hand / (Whatever that means?)

The Asus update utility works just fine. I've flashed with it a hundreds times with several different Asus boards and have never had a bad flash.

Ok, I need some help. I installed Asus Update and ran it. Made a backup file of the current BIOS. Tried to download the new BIOS. The utility updated itself, from 6.01.01 to 6.03.01, and then restarted. Tried to download the new BIOS again. Chose "Auto Select" and then hit "Next" I get a red message, " Sorry, there're no proper BIOS image files on the server!"

Now What?

Follow section 4.1.5 of the manual. Asus EZ flash by using alt/f2.
