Updating Bios for AN35 N Ultra

I've downloaded the .bin file to update my bios from shuttle, but how do I actually update the bios, I'm kind of new at this, shuttle tells me to make a bootable floppy but i dont have a floppy capable and cant seem to figure out how to make a bootable CD
