Updated to latest IE, and now it freezes sometimes

I just updated to the latest IE, by downloading the upgrade that was suggested to me by my last IE version.

Now whenever I right click a link and click "Open in a new window" IE freezes and the new window doesn't open. After a few minutes IE becomes "unfrozen" but the new window still doesn't open...

Any suggestions?
