Would you please login to your WHM and tell me which server you are on (it should say at the top right immediately after logging in)?

Thanks.

I guess we're learning the virtue of "you get what you pay for" 😉

Fortunately my dedicated server at ThePlanet.com is up, as are my accounts with:
AddAction.net
HostPC.com
Idologic.com
dathorn.com
HTTPme.COM

new2AMD - Thanks, it appears you are on the Legend server ... IIRC I am on Raven.

kermalou - I just checked my e-mail, no reply yet. Not even an acknowledgement.

beer - I have plenty of suggestions but they all cost a lot more than thrillhost. You get what you pay for 🙁

dathorn isn't perfect but it's definitely better than thrillhost.

I wouldn't have cancelled your dathorn acct if I were you.

I'd also check out UltraUnixNet (search for reviews) they seem to be good.

i had just started getting used to thrillhost too, wonder what is going on?

I'd like to know also, 3 hours after my original email to their support and no reply not even an acknowledgement 🙁

I have a feeling this may be my last month with them 🙁

I wish they had a support forum.

Ripplehost had that but, trouble is, they were just slow to respond. It would be nice to see a forum at thrillhost to see if others were having problems, too.

RippleHost surprisingly has been quite reliable considering they are only $9.99/yr and recently increased the bandwidth from 1GB to 2GB per month.
