The guys over at BananaPC.com are selling an OEM Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro for $170.

From their description, it's the 128MB RAM, 256-bit version. The Mfg Part Number is 100-584 and the Item Number is 44847101.

Reseller Rating shows them with a six-month rating of 6.07 and a lifetime rating of 8.00.

Hopefully, this isn't another typo like the Newegg deal a few days back. Judging by the picture, it's not.

Anyone buy from these people before?

EDIT:

joncornett77 confirmed that it's a 128-bit version. BananaPC.com has also updated description and now shows 128-bit as well.

I am pretty sure that the "Atlantis" model does have the big heatsink on it. I remember looking at this card a while back at NewEgg and seeing a very similar looking picture.

Just looked at NewEgg and the picture at Banana is the same picture that NewEgg shows as the 256MB Atlantis 9800 Pro.

You guys are selling a radeon 9800 for 170 dollars. Is this infact the 128mb 256-bit version or is this just a typographical error and really infact the new ripoff-card of 128mb 128-bit. Please confirm this as I am very interested in this card. Also, is this infact a new card or a refurb or some other kind of a deal.

Thanks,

Jon

Looks like they've already updated their site. At least they're not continuing to rip people off, I guess that says something.
