Yeah. I'm as confused as you are if not more so. But what about this deal?. It's a Sapphire Radeon 9800 pro for $170. Regular price is $214.50. They claim it's the 128MB, 256-bit version. I'm tempted to buy from them, but I've never heard of BananaPC.com before.

Not sure if it's the 128-bit version or the 256-bit one. It doesn't say in the description. But judging by the picture, it looks like it's the 256-bit version.

6-month resller rating is 8.19. Lifetime is 15.55

I didn't know the reseller ratings went up to 15+. :p BTW, I wouldn't trust the picture. You should probably confirm because it looks like their return/replacement ratings are pretty low.

Odd. Now it's showing a six-month rating of 7.98 and a lifetime of 7.78

I emailed them last night, so I'm still waiting to hear from them. Hopefully they can confirm it's an actual 256-bit card and not one of those lower performing 128-bit cards. I'll let all you guys know when they get back to me.

I'm seeing:

Six-Month Rating: 7.98
Lifetime Rating: 7.78

This by all means isn't very good, and is really low on their customer service and return details. If you read into the customer comments it does look like they are trying to clean up their act, although I wouldn't expect them to be quick to any responses, including your email to them about this card. Me, I'd rather spend the little extra $$$ and get it from someone who won't jerk me around if there are problems. To each his own though, and I wish you good luck with this purchase if you should go through with it.
