Nice choice :)

Hope you enjoy it. Did the dealer keep jerking you around or did they give you a good price?

I think that car would look nice with some decent rims.. I personally think those are too small and stuff.. heh

get some 17's put on there, and tint it up a bit.

<< hmm what a POS.

sorry I am european
>>

Since when does being European give you the right to call a car like a Grand Prix GTP a POS? Should we start naming all the pathetic Euro autos that run around over there?

Renault and Peugeot have their fair share of POS's. Volvo, Jaguar, Lotus, Land Rover, Saab, Citroen are all owned at least partially by American firms. The rest are mostly exotics which aren't even in the same leauge as cars like a normal Pontiac.

You do know that Holden makes a version of this car just for the Aussie market don't you?

I wonder how many Pontiac driving potheads know that their boy racer batmobiles are . . .

powered by Buick!

Holden certainetly makes a nice version of the Opel Omega but thats about it.

Renault & Peugeot's cars are all very decent to exeptional.

Does it matter that they are owned my American firms? No... Ford even makes some very nice autos

Nice! I test drove one of these when looking for a new car (ended up buying the Nissan Altima). The heads-up display rocks, doesn't it? That was one of the best parts of the car in my opinion. I like the black color. I didn't buy one because the salesman was new and kept leaving me alone and asking for help from his greasy boss. What a prick, they talked really fast and tried to get me to sign off on a purchase when I explicitly said I was just there to look.....I vowed to never buy a Pontiac from them. Nice car, though, congrats on your purchase! :D

POS car, that car won't last 2 years. I am sure they will do a recall soon as with all american cars. Look at the ford Focus = 10 recalls and the car came out in 1999.

You would have been better off with an Acura TL-S. 260 horses fully loaded, navigation system reliability, workmanship, plus you get great resale value. Oh yeah you don't have to worry about the car breaking down. All that for aprox. $30,000

Nice choice. Don't listen to all these anti-american assclowns. These f@gs are all Jap car fanboys. All makers have recalls on their cars and recalls are not a bad thing, there are always improvements being made and with all machines, things do go wrong. If you maintain this car well, you will have no problems with it at all. Show me a japanese car from the 60s that is still running. I can find plents of old American cars from the 60s that run great. Stupid fanboys.

Sweet ride man, i'd love to own that car. I'm so damn sick of these people bashing american cars. Like I said i would love to own that car, get some nicer rims on there though and that would be even sweeter. Now where's the people that do nothing but recommend altimas and corollas or whatever f&ckin japanese cars are popular.

No need to say SuperCharged, all GTP's have a blower under the hood.

Congrats. What's with the antenna on the rear window? Do you have one of those brick sized cell phones or something?

Wrong.. While I realize that world class reliability and dependability comes from Japan, doesn't mean that American cars are complete junk..
if someone asked which car would last longer - a Toyota Camry, or say a Chevy Malibu, whilst both being good cars, the Camry would probably last longer, sure... but American cars are not as bad as you say they are.. I drive one, I have driven one in the past. hell, I haven't even owned a Japanese car yet.. My dad has the first one in the family (2000 Maxima) and while I think that is the greatest 4 door family sedan under 30grand, It doesn't make all the other cars crappy.. I bet he has virtually zero problems with his GTP (anything large at all) for at least 3-5 years. I have had my car for almost a year now and not one single problem.. No complaints with American cars as a whole, here.

I know more about cars than most people, and I didn't know that. I'm not a fan of GM so I don't follow their product line closely. I do know that I wouldn't line up against one...unless it was raining, or the road had some curves, then it's on :)
