Updated jailbreak from 5.1 to 6.1 -- Cydia remembers certain settings?

Did Cydia start backing up certain settings to its remote servers? Because I did a full wipe/restore then JB on the new iOS and, for example, I didn't need to sign into my cydia account to redownload purchased apps and tweaks like Springtomize. Was not expecting this at all.

Also springtomize looks like it has remembered all my settings too. Wasn't expecting this either.
