Yeah, it's very odd. Almost EVERY case of the cist (aka: hydrocele) is in infants and the elderly. Went to the doc, he made me go get my nuts ultra-sounded (think wet goo on your nuts while a man moves some weird device over them for 20+ mins). The doctor let me know it was a hydrocele. He said that sex would still be fine and all that so don't worry, but make sure you switch to briefs! Well, I got some boxer-briefs but that's as far as I could go.

I asked him how long it would take to go away to which he reluctantly replied, "Mmmm....well, a few years"
