I never owned a soccer jersey before, and so I was pretty hyped on getting a first (after Manchester United won the Champions League). Thus, I thought this jersey was authentic. In the end, it shipped from Malaysia, which raised a red flag as to it's authenticity. I asked on Soccerpulse.com, and they automatically said right away is was a fake when I received it. Thus, I am in the process right now if trying to contact the seller for a refund.
If they deny me, should I contact paypal (I paid without a sign in)? Otherwise, should I go contact the BBB? Do you think it's ok for me to attempt to get a refund for a jersey I thought was authentic but learned otherwise?

I decided to do a chargeback, since many soccer fans on another thread had proven that people were selling these fakes trying to imitate the real deal, but...
