Updated Bios Now motherboard won't soft reset

I updated the bios on my Asus P2B-F to the latest 1013a bios on the website. Now my machine won't work with the reset in Windows 98. If I make a bios change and then tell it to save, it just sits there until I pull the plug on the back of the machine. I can turn it off fine and it goes off. Or I can tell it to shut down and that works. It is anoying. Everything else works fine. I even tried to flash back to the 1012 bios and it still does it. Is there a setting or something I'm missing.
