I would tip the pizza guy $3 and whatever change there is. Pizza delivery guys do not deliver one pizza at a time. If he takes 4-5 orders when he leaves, he should be able to deliver them in a relatively decent time. If he gets $2-3 per delivery, x 4-5 ... he is making fairly decent money.

Pizza delivery dudes are the heroes of the modern world. Therefore the appropriate tip is your hourly wage divided by three, unless there is an atmospheric event, traffic jam, or it's really freaking far, in which case half your hourly wage is appropriate. Remember, these guys are heroes.

You ALWAYS ask for x-cheese if you need a "filler" topping. Sheesh. Pizza noob...
