Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm still alive. I'm going to
be seeing a counselor, but on an outpatient basis, to help me deal
with all this crap. I was doing just fine until today. Just in
case anyone still doesn't understand how vile my ex is, this is the
update.
At the hearing last month the judge ordered that I have Caitlyn for
the month of August. So far I haven't been able to contact my ex to
get her. I found out why today. My ex is filing for a competency
review on the basis of her allegations that I am incompetant as my
recent nervous breakdown shows. While she obviously won't get
anywhere with this, the courts won't find her in contempt because
it's 'prudent to show caution'. Also, it will take so long that I
won't get to see my daughter before she goes out east, which is why
lori filed this in the first place.
