For the past two days, Grant's Queue traffice report has shown my Queue as not responding even though I know it has been up and running for my home fleet and my work fleet.
Can some people attempt to connect to my Q's web page and tell me what you get? Thanks...
Queue address is:
mrepko.dns2go.com:5001
Update:
The problem is definitely ZoneAlarm. When I shut down ZoneAlarm, everyone external to me can see and access my SetiQueue. However, once I bring ZoneAlarm back up, that access is denied and I get alarms in ZoneAlarm stating that access from external IPs have been rejected (thanks to Grant for confirming this).
I have configured ZoneAlarm to be locked tightly. I allow access to my server on my local LAN and I also have entries that allow access from my companies internal and external IP addresses (VPN and non-VPN connections are allowed).
I don't want to have to give explicit access to each IP address that wants to access my Q and I don't want to shut down ZoneAlarm. I have a Linksys router which is NATing external traffic for me. This provides some level of security but I like the extra layer provided by ZoneAlarm.
Does anyone out there have a similar configuration? Is anyone else using ZoneAlarm in conjunction with SetiQueue? All input would be appreciated. Thanks...
