exactly. if she really cared for Leejai and took their relationship seriously, she would have told bozo that she was in a relationship and would go only if Leejai could go too.

that is what adults in real relationships do.

never said she did anything....the point is she said she was going home...but didnt' go and didn't call until the next day....

as for the trust part, its more of a trust of can she be responsible enough in the relationship....(which i will discuss w/ her, but that will have to wait until tonight)

You have every right to be very very pissed about this. How long have you been dating this girl? Unless this is a really serious relationship I would drop her. Just take it as a sign of things to come.

not to freak you out or anything but I've had the same situation happen no less than 8 times.

all 8 times they were fooling around.

She's hiding something and doesn't want a confrontation. So just play it cool and don't "force" anything.

"I was worried about you last night, I hope you made it home alright."

The worst thing you can do is push her, accuse her, try and bait her. All that will do is drive her closer to the other guy. Just remember, they don't think logically but with their feelings. And if you make her feel bad then the other guy has got her.

try the exact same sh!t she pulled.. tell her you met this girl and your going out to dinner than the bar (make sure its a night she stays home and "worries")

if possible.. have your gf at the house when she shows up to take you out to dinner.. get some smokin little hottie to do it..

I've had to do it a few times to get my point across.. (never more than once with a girl)

you just have to make sure she doesnt know the girl before hand.. which is hard in a small town like mine.

trust her my ass. she blew her trust (if i was Leejai) whe she came up with the lame excuse that her phone died and didnt call me back. Said she was going home but went out to dinner with bozo, then out to a bar with bozo and his buddies. THen doesnt have the guts to call Leejai
until the next day after god knows what went on after the all of their BAC's started going up. If that doesnt make somebody untrustworthy i dont know what does.

um, personally i think that she probably messed around, but then again i don't know her. if you really care for her, then just stay together and work things out. however, just make sure you take the first opportunity to get your groove on. don't take sh!t from her because she'll do it over and over again. this is how it should go:

you: "ok, you want to go to a bar w/ some strange guys and stay out all night? alright cool, i'm going to a club w/ my ex g/f friday night. i'll call you sunday morning."

here's the situation as short as possible...:

After work, your girl calls you up to let you know she's having dinner with this guy. Guy is a "friend" she met through her ex and she bumped into him walking home. Other than that, she's never spoken/hung out w/ this guy.

Dinner i'm fine with...

now, 10pm...i get a call she's going to some bar w/ him and 6 of his buddies visiting...i tell her i'm uncomfortable w/ that...i'd like to be ok w/ it, but i'm not....she says she won't go and will call me when i get home...

Night continues ....no call..(needless to say she went)

Next morning at work she says she interpreted our conversation as she'll go and i'll try to deal w/ it...and her phone died....

i find the move rather devious and am pretty upset/disappointed...

thoughts?

I wouldn't be just upset, I'd be pissed. But whether you would drop her is really up in the air, depends how much you like her. I just dealt with something like this last night.

Word... i'd be pissed as hell.... since a similar situation happened to me and it did not turn out good, most of the time your gut feeling turns out to be right.... so got by what you feel and not what she tells you.

Paranoia seems to run rampant around here.

Relationship advice is overrated. Do what you think you need to do; you're the only one that truly understands the situation.

Get out while you still can. That's a load of BS about how she thought you felt it was ok or whatnot. I guess it depends on how you said it. If you explicitly stated that you would not be comfortable with her going out to the bar then she's wrong. If you said something like "It's up to you but I feel weird about it" or whatnot, then you should have been more clear but she's still wrong.
Hell, I guess she's wrong either way.

When a girl does something she knows she shouldn't then says "her cell was dead" is lying. Why is it a girls cell always dies when it convenient for them? I'm not saying she cheated or not but that is just B.S. with the phone dying part. Seen it happen to to many of my friends to fall for that sh!t myself.

obviously he wants to sleep with her, and she likes the attention from him. You know that too.

agreed, but it isn't worth chastising her over it.

She probably honestly didn't see anything wrong with her behavior and got in over her head. women are quite stupid when it comes to this sort of thing. Really, monumentally dumb.

Personally she shouldn't put herself in those kinds of situations (she's an adult now) and recoginize them for what they are...some guy making the moves on her.

I would certainly be PISSED if my girlfriend of a year went on a DATE with some body else, then bar hopping with a bunch of guys and didn't check in while boyfriend was worried about her

She's lieing, she messed up, how you deal with it is up to you but you must tread lightly if you value your relationship.

I don't understand why she told you all of that in the first place. Trying to make you mad or jealous? If she was trying to screw around behind your back, she wouldn't have told you about any of that. It is either innocent (possible, but maybe not likely), or she's trying to force your hand into breaking up with her because she's too chicken to break it off with you herself. She is too damn old to be playing pitiful games like that. Most women (if they go through that crap at all) get that out of their systems by the time they're 22 or so.
