havent tried this deal yet...but i was checking out places that carried the flylight cuz i was thinking bout picking some of these up for ppl as gifts. OD carries this for 19.99. if you search their website you find the flylight, plus a MIR for $10 is available. total cost is 9.99.
though the rebate says that you need the original UPC, do you guys think they'll accept photocopies of UPC? since i do want to give these to ppl as gifts and opening/mutilating package is not an option

UPDATE: Just got back from BB and OD. flylight at BB was listed at 19.99. I was waiting on a frggin huge ass line in BB and i finally got to the register. showed her the 10% off coupon and she was like, "You cant use this." I tell I can, so the manager comes over and approves it. Scans it into register and BAM: its now 9.99 and a 5.00 rebate printed out too. cashier didnt know what to make of it, i told her it must have been on sale. too bad i'm giving this away as a gift otherwise i could use the rebate to get a total of $5 for this light. YMMV w/ this since it seems like a bizarre occurrance.
At OD, i tried to PM the microcenter price...and they gave me some B$ about the mfg's Sku's not matching up. and i told him that it was because of the two different colors (platinum and black, i had the ad for the platinum, but OD only carried black) and he was like we cant do this. so i pull out my BB receipt and showed him my BB receipt and he said that i was trying to trick him...he thinks that i got BB to PM and then use the BB receipt to PM here. wut B$. even after trying to tell him that i didnt PM @ BB he still wouldnt accept it. OD ppl are such @$$es. otherwise i possibly could have made $5 from this (using the BB rebate that printed out)
