UPDATE!! So I went to the Oral Surgeon today

I discovered this weird movable lump about 1 1/2 months ago and have been scared $hitl3ss because I thought it was some type of tumor/cancer. My oral surgeon took that $hit out and boy do I feel relieved now. Now I'm awaiting lab tests to determine wtf that thing is. The surgeon said that it most likely isn't anything but was good for me to take it out anyway. WOO HOO!!!!!!! 🙂 Only thing now is that my tongue hurts like a biatch at the moment.....

So got a call from the Oral surgeon and was told that that small lump was cancerous. I'm gonna go see my family doctor tomorrow and get a referral to an enthropologist to check out my lymph nodes and such. This is some scary sh#!$. Glad the lump was only 1cm in size all around... so hopefully I'm all good.

I had something like that in my upper gum that I had to get removed. It wasn't anything too serious, just a cyst. I wouldn't worry about it.

Damn! Time to go to Fry's and buy some piece of technology to make myself feel better. Nothing better than venturing out onto the LA Freeways in my manual car during traffic hours.
Update in first post.

It's good news you caught it early. Keep us posted.

The same thing happened to my dad recently. His lump was cancerous, too, but luckily hadn't spread to his lymph nodes.

It sounds like you caught it early! I hope it hasn't spread.

i don't smoke or drink... which is =O that I have it. Hopefully all is well. Thanks for the best wishes.
