UnInstall all the above and ReBoot.

You will notice that Windows UpDate request that you run UpDate (As it says NEVER been Run) There is NO UpDate History; however, your Installed UpDates are there.

Run Windows Update and HIDE all the UpDates I've listed plus any UpDates you personally don't want. It will continue to update until you have Hidden all the UpDates in one session and Windows UpDate will report your OS is up to date.

ReBoot and run a Registry BackUp "ERUNT".

You will note as of Mid July 2015 when Win10 preparation UpDates were introduced that you still have the Win7 UpDate Notification Icon in Sys-Tray and no BUG to UpDate to WinX.

Watch out for any MS UpDate that specifies "Telemetry" in Win7.

This guide does not apply to Win8 & 8.1

"*" are probably Win8 and will not show up when running WU in Win7.

MS is enforcing that you UpDate to WinX. Doesn't mean you have to as MS guarantees Win7 UpDates to 2020 and that includes hardware (Say Intel Z68 platforms). After 2020 with MS you're going to loose you Privacy unless you go Linux or BSD when MS no longer supports Win7.

Personally I love the DeskTop Intel Z68 Platform with an i7 2700K running at 4.8 Ghz 24/7 with CF 290X`s under water with a Win7 SP1 64-Bit OS. Which may be one of the LAST and Affordable DeskTops considering everything is going tabloid.
