On the eve of Ben Wallace's DPOTY award, he comes out with two great blocks and sets the tone for the game. T-Mac puts up 46, but the rest of the Magic can't support him. Another great highlight was when Rip Hamilton was flagrantly fouled by Shawn Kemp. He hit the ground hard and came up beating his chest and pumped up. He showed great toughness. Much credit to Tayshaun Prince for playing great D on T-Mac and giving him a little defensive pressure (unlike Michael Curry :|).

Tough and hard nosed game. Gonna be a good series :)

edit: Pistons absolutely destroying the Magic in Game 7 so far. WOOHOO!!

5/8 edit: WOOHOO!

Haven't seen much of Wallace other than when he's cleaning the glass against the Knicks. But what a beast he is.

Ben's blocks have been monster blocks. I wish they could vote a defensive MVP :D

Best sign at the Palace:

"Who needs T-Mac? We have T-Shaun" (talking about Tayshaun Prince)

LOL :D

Ghey ;)

Could you imagine if T-Mac was actually on a good team, unlike my Magic? :Q

still, after exploding the first few games, he totally sucked it up in the three losses. to be big time, you have to step it up in games that count.

That's not bad, but I was partial to "Shawn Kemp is my Daddy." :D

Because he can't take them anywhere. People have been waiting 3 years for him to have that big game when it was really needed. Guess what, people are still waiting.

Great game indeed. I'm glad the pistons won. I'm sick of ppl saying they're the worst no. 1 seed but y'all know that in the end the Spurs'll come out victorious. :)

It's a double edged sword. If they win, people will be like, "they were the #1 seed, they should have". If they lose, they'll say, "see, they suck" :(

Yep, a super game from a great 4 year Kentucky player. Tay is number 8 on the UK all-time career scoring list, and number 6 on the all-time career blocks list.

I'm happy that he plays so well right now in the NBA. He has had some solid performances during the post season this year - no doubt quickly becoming an emerging star. Give him a few years and he should really be good for the Pistons.
