I bought an open box palm zire for $20 last month. I just noticed my bill and they charged $79 for it. What do i do? call discover card first?

UPDATE1: palmone refuses to take away the extra charge. They tell me that it is almost one month and they cannot take it back. Does anyone know how to dispute the charges?

UPDATE2: I filed a complaint with Discover card and palmone.com just sent me an email that my $59.99 is refunded.

Thanks

Contact palmone.con, be polite and state your case. If that doesn't work, then contact Discover IMO MrYogi :)

Call up Discover and explain your situation to them. It's been my experience that most credit card companies will side with the customer over the company.

Why the hell are you still dealing with them? The minute they said they can't help you you go to your credit card company.

WTF? They admitted the error was theirs and yet they won't fix it?

What did your creditcard company say?

He said that it was not their fault. I said, it is your systems' (website) fault, deal with it. I argued with him for 15 minutes. He kept on repeating that he won't do anything about it and I should dispute it with my creditcard.
Will talk to discover soon. am too agitated now :|

I spoke to two CSR's. I then spoke with their manager as well. I asked the manager to connect me to his manager. It seems that he was the only manager in today.
