It is I! Mith! Anyway, I'm at the library and I figured I might as well check up here and let you know how I fare.

So, I got a blood test for diabetes last Thursday and my arm is still bruised. The results haven't come in yet but I will most likely have diabetes. Migraines are still plaguing me but it is to a lesser degree and school is quite easy now. My class for MCSA is coming along quite nicely, I have an A+. Enough about school and health on to family and social life.

My mother has been quite stressed out as of late and I cannot stand her any more. She is constantly yelling and she is so high strung that after my 18th birthday I will most likely move in with my friend Nick, this is all within two weeks from now. Social life isn't the greatest and there aren't many girls who I like at my current school. I do have a lot of friends now though as I can relate a lot more to the people at my school.

The job situation isn't the greatest but I think with the holiday season fast approaching I will have a job soon.

Well, I shall update you again.

-Mith

Roger that, Mith..

Good luck with the diabetes; that's your most serious long-term problem. Do whatever you can to be healthy. :)

Thats not true... I am doing pretty well, better then most peeps that I graduated with but I wish I could go back... I had so much freedom and I had almost no worries.

diabetes at 18? How much do you weigh?

Diabetes isn't necessarily weight related.

Type 1 usually hits during childhood (but can start in early adulthood).

Type 2 is the most common form (90% of all cases) and usually occurs in overweight and obese people (but not always).

Going by the odds, it's probably type 2 and is related to weight.

Type 2 diabetes?

No more caffeine.

Don't smoke.

Each complex carbs and not simple sugars.
