I don't know the answer to,"Question: how is the % efficient calculated?", either?
 
Congrats on the Milestone!!!!!

I believe the % effecient is (CPU Time)/(Length of Time WU away from QUEUE). In other words if you are using a queue and another caching program you effeciency will be low.
