I'd now worry about the legal implications of you possibly acting as a lawyer without being one.

If you draft the document, you could possibly be held liable if something goes badly.

O_O

!!!

That's what's pretty much happening right now... I've been elected to play lawyer (and am far from being one)... how could I be held liable if something goes badly? I won't be signing the contract anywhere. Yikes.

Well, you may be fine if you include in the agreement or make another agreement up to state that you aren't a lawyer and aren't practicing as one and that they agree to that fact. I would also have everything notarized.

The idea is ridiculous. Why give your car to a stranger in the first place. Something is fishy here, nobody can be that naive.
